At Sameat, we strive to deliver our clean-label, gluten-free snacks to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location (Metro cities vs. Tier 2/3 cities).

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from our facility in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

Estimated Delivery:

• Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹500 or ₹999), as mentioned on our website banner.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
