Refund policy

At Sameat, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, clean-label, and gluten-free snacks. Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain a strict No Return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we are here to help.

Reporting Period: You must report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requirement: Please send an email to info.sameat@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7600467900 with:
Your Order ID.
Clear photos of the damaged product.
A photo of the shipping label on the box.

2. Refunds and Replacements

Once we verify the damage through the photos provided:

We will offer you a full refund to your original payment method, OR
We will ship a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility in Bhavnagar.
Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.
Package refused by the recipient.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
